When I first started swelling so huge, my feet were red and sore and itched terribly. I found out that I must keep my feet meticulously clean and exfoliated and they will be pain free and itch free.
I started to have brownish skin between toes and on bottom of feet, so I bought a sonic face brush (Pretika) and used it on my feet in the tub.
I bought a huge jar of apricot scrub and use it with the brush. After I bathe I then take a blade and scape excess callous off feet. Then I coat feet with cocoa butter and shea butter oil gel I found at drugstore.
After I did this about 3 weeks My feet dramatically improved and hardly itch at all anymore. They are like baby feet they are so soft, lol. If I get lazy and don't feel like the whole routine I use a ped egg and get the excess dry skin off and coat with the oil.
The sonic brush has 2 brushes. I use 1 for feet and 1 for face...if you have lymphedema in entire body as I do you will notice immediaitely how well it helps drain fluid. I run it over my forehead and cheeks and neck and behind my ears and within minutes I feel tingle of fluid moving out of my face. I look tons better and feel attractive again for the first time in a long while.
