Running

Moderate exercise is very helpful in encouraging the lymph to flow more freely around the body, by using the muscles. However, too much exercise can worsen the Lymphoedema. Examples of useful kinds of exercise may be swimming, gentle walking, stretching exercises and yoga.

The LSN also produces a video on gentle exercise movements and breathing, for those with lymphoedema.
