This is a large, zip-up tube, made of padded material. It can
be fitted to the limb size, overnight, using Velcro straps. At the moment, it
is only available to purchase from the US, but can be shipped here. It is essential
that a Lymphoedema nurse or specialist measures the limb for the garment. It
needs to be used in conjunction with Simple Lymph Drainage, due to the fluid
being pushed upwards; and compression garments must still be worn during the
day. It is quite expensive, but you can obtain further information from Peninsula
Medical Center at www.reidsleeve.com.
