Not a treatment, but helps with holding up compression garments. Skin glue is useful in holding up such garments that may sometimes roll down at the top of the leg or arm. It is only available via the compression hosiery companies - ask your Lymphoedema nurse or specialist. However, some with Lymphedema sew the tops of their hosiery on to well-fitting panties (often Lycra), to wear.
